This roomy home has something for everyone. The main floor family room is stocked with games & puzzles. The sofa converts to a full-size bed if needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with major appliances, a Keurig, Regular drip coffee maker toaster, pans, blender, utensils & glasses. 8 people can sit comfortably at the dining table.

The main floor bedroom opens to a screened porch which overlooks the pool. Next to it, is a full bathroom & laundry room. Upstairs Bed #2 with a Queen size bed, also boasts a bonus room w/a full-size bed. Enjoy the sunrise & morning coffee from Bed#3 w/its balcony & rocking chairs. All bedrooms have dressers and hangers in the closet. 5 Smart TVs allow you to log in & stream your shows. Premium towels & washcloths are provided & beds are made prior to your arrival with 1400 count Egyptian cotton.

A Beach wagon, Cooler & Beach Chairs may be available for your use during your stay. Any items not returned will result in the following charges: $50 for beach chairs, $200 for beach wagon, $20 for Turkish beach towels

2 Dogs allowed at our discretion weighing up to less than 30lbs each. Please brush your dog daily. NO dogs allowed in Pool or Hot Tub. $100 cleaning fee will apply if your dog goes in the pool or hot tub. We do offer a splash pad for your furbaby in summer months.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect.
Complimentary WiFi is provided. In case of Internet outages, we are not responsible for refund of monies.
A separate rental agreement and security deposit is required to be signed if you are younger than 25.
